ABOUT

Hi, I'm Molly!

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and earned my undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo, where I double-majored in Communications and Psychology while competing on the Women’s Soccer team.

After graduation, I traded Buffalo’s snow for Colorado’s slopes during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. There, I embraced the outdoors—skiing, hiking, and working as a Brand Ambassador at a local ski resort in true Colorado fashion.

In the summer of 2021, I secured an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives, where I compiled daily media mentions and crafted constituent responses aligned with the congressman’s views. This role sharpened my time management skills and taught me how to tailor communication for a wide range of audiences.

Returning to Buffalo, I discovered my passion for marketing at the Country Club of Buffalo as a Marketing Coordinator. I filmed and edited video content, managed weekly email campaigns, designed the monthly newsletter, and created a comprehensive brand guide.

Motivated by both a sense of adventure and a desire to deepen my expertise, I moved to Rome, Italy, to pursue a master’s degree in Marketing at Luiss Guido Carli University. Studying in the heart of Rome was a transformative experience, equipping me with skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. I also learned to navigate cultural and language differences—and enjoyed more than a few bowls of pasta along the way.

During my summer break, I interned with The Martin Group, a creative agency in Buffalo. There, I discovered how energizing it is to work with diverse, passionate creatives in a culture-driven environment.

My final year of grad school was dedicated to completing my thesis, which combined my interest in consumer behavior with my passion for health and wellness. I explored how traffic light food labeling can effectively communicate the harmful effects of food additives—bridging behavioral economics with marketing strategy.

After graduating, I joined Top Seedz, a fast-growing clean-ingredient snack company in Buffalo, where I’ve had the chance to wear every marketing hat. From building monthly campaigns and automating our email marketing to teaching myself code and running all website updates in-house, I’ve learned to blend creativity with technical problem-solving.

Now, I’m excited to bring my skills, curiosity, and creative energy to new opportunities. Let’s connect, I’d love to chat about what I’ve been working on lately, professionally and personally!
